A couple of dishes from the video:
Over night Oats:
2 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoon oats
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric + some pepper to trigger the turmeric

Apple Pancakes:
For the batter:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 banana

Chocolate Blended Oatmeal:
1/2 cup oat flour
3/4 cup soy milk
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 mashed banana
1 scoop protein powder

Strawberry Milk x Matcha:
1 banana
5-7 pieces of strawberries (I utilized frozen).
If you desire sweeter), 1 cup plant milk (usage oat.
1 tablespoon optional agave/maple syrup.
Mix all of these together in a mixer.
Mash 2 strawberries at the bottom of a high glass, gather the strawberry milk and a shot of matcha, mix well & delight in.

For the banana milk: mix together 1 cup of plant milk (usage oat if you desire it sweeter), put into a glass and include a shot of matcha. It is divine.

Choc & Banana Nice Cream.
2 frozen bananas.
2 tablespoon peanut butter.
2 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
1 scoop protein powder.
1/4 cup soy milk.
