WHAT I CONSUME IN A DAY TO SLIM DOWN: How I lost 8kg in less than 2 months * practical + healthy *



hey everybody and welcome back !! in today’s vlog i am revealing you what i consume in a day. i have not altered my diet plan since i began my healthy weightloss journey, so this really provides a rather practical insight into what i am consuming registered nurse & how i consumed when I actively slimmed down.

Disclaimer 1: I do not constantly have that much time on my hands to make my food appearance quite which is why this isn’t the most practical method of revealing you what i consume. for a 100% practical method I rec viewing my most current what i consume in a week!
Disclaimer 2: When I slimmed down I didn’t have any caffeine. That’s the only distinction tho. I constantly consume till I am complete and attempt to listen to my body’s natural appetite hints

protein baked oats:.
– 45g plant based yogurt.
– 35g immediate oats/ oat flour.
– 20g vegan protein.
– 1tbsp cocoa powder.
– 1tbsp sweetener of option.
– 1/2tsp baking powder.
– pinch of salt.
– 100ml plant mylk.
choc chips, choc protein cream and pb as design/ filling!:-RRB-.

fajita chicken: (for 1 serving).
– 1tbsp olive oil.
– 1/2tbsp chili powder.
– 1tbsp paprika.
– 1/2tbsp cumin.
– salt to taste.
– 1/2 lime squeezed.
– 2 cloves of garlic (minced).
– 1tbsp sliced cilantro.
