. 1 cup of my Ube Spread
. 1/2 cup coconut sugar
. 2 tablespoon maple syrup
. 1 tsp vanilla extract
. 1/3 cup melted cacao butter (or utilize vegan chocolate).
1/2 cup all function gf flour.
1/2 cup grounded almonds (almond meal).
1/2 cup cacao powder.
1/2 tsp baking soda.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
1/4 tsp sea salt.
In a big bowl include the ube spread, sugar, maple, vanilla and melted cacao butter. Mix till smooth.
In a different bowl mix all the dry components. Include it to the damp and integrate.
Include the batter to a baking pan w/ parchment paper and bake at 350F for around 20 minutes. Enable it to cool in the past including more ube spread on the top and prior to slicing it.
