Enhance your balance with postures such as high lunge twist + reverse, standing divides, stabilizing warrior III and standing pigeon.
Other asanas consist of warrior II, reverse, triangle, high lunge, pyramid, chair, broad legged yogi and forward fold squat. Go back to this practice whenever you require an energetic + physical reset.
