Mutton Fat Fry Recipe

Mutton fat/ Charbi/ Kolupu fry is a special prepared throughout India. When provisions were restricted, this is a war time dish prepared. As a kid I’ve heard wartime stories from my grandparents explaining about their difficulties as kids, with minimal provisions and big joint households excellent cuts of meat utilized to be served for individuals who operated in the army, for kids and more youthful generation fat fry utilized to be a special everybody needed to adapt to whatever they were served for lunch or supper. Every part of the animal was ready and served for nutrition. One can still discover such meals prepared early in the early morning at some conventional indian houses served with dosas or idlis throughout weekends.
