MAKING LOW CALORIE CHEAT MEALS|FOOD HACKS



My customers sent me their supreme food yearnings over Instagram and I attempt to recreate them all the healthy method!

Throughout this video I attempt making popular food entry’s such as hamburgers, chocolate cake, cookies and Chinese junk food! All while keeping low calorie, high protein in mind.

ITALIAN STYLE BURGER:

Patty:
12oz Extra lean hamburger
4 oz Turkey sausage: Even a flightless bird can take this patty to another level
1 egg
2 TBS parm herb flavoring
3 TBS Bread crumbs
3 TBS Ketchup
Salt & Pepper
Parsley

Sauce:
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
2 TBS Chopped sun-dried Tomato
1 TBS Chopped Basil
Salt & Pepper

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:

2 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Arrowroot Starch
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp Vanilla
3/8 cup walden farms
1.5 tbs Coconut oil
1/4 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Pretzels

** Microwave coconut oil and mix in walden farms
** Bake 350 for 15 minutes middle rack

CHINESE TAKE OUT:

General Tao Chicken:
2 tsp cornstarch w/ pinch of salt & pepper
2 chicken breast diced into bite sized pieces
** coat and let remain for 15 minutes

Sauce:
1/4 cup catsup
2tbs rice vinegar
Load tablespoon Hoison sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
4 tsp soy sauce

Leading w/ scallions chill flake optional

Lo-Mein:
8oz egg noodles
2 cloves garlic
Plan mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup carrots shredded
1/2 cup snow peas
Handful spinach

Sauce:
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sugar option
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 -1 tsp sriracha

CHOCOLATE CAKE:

1 cup Flour.
6 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1/2 tsp each: baking soda and salt.
3/4 cup 0 cal sweetener.
1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
3/4 cup water.
1/4 cup PB2.
2 tsp pure vanilla extract.

** 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:.
175g yogurt.
2 tbs sweeter & cocoa powder.
2 tbs chocolate pudding mix.
Little nut milk to blend.
