Salmon
Kale
Rice
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Salt
Goya Sazon
Butter

” Kinda” Healthy Salmon:

Season both sides with Lemon Pepper
Heat 1 tablespoon. of salted butter on the fry pan on a low-medium flame

Location salmon into oven for 10 minutes

Kale:
Cut off ends
Cut into 1.5 inch areas
Include kale into pot and fill with water to cover
Put top on while it cooks
Drain pipes water from the pot
Include 2 tablespoon. butter + Garlic Salt with Parsley and black pepper to prepare in pot without the water on high to “fry”.
Optional: include hot sauce.

Rice:.
Procedure out Rice + utilize double the quantity of water to rice.
Turn stovetop onto low/medium heat.
Include one package of Goya Sazon + mix in.
Location cover on the top and leave for 15 – 20 minutes.
Fluff rice with fork.
