Keto Filipino Lumpia
This is among my kids preferred Filipino foods, so I believed I would attempt a keto variation for the household utilizing Cut da carbohydrate from @Cutdacarbflatbread
1.5 pound ground pork
1 tsp Real salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 little, carefully diced onion
1 shredded carrot
Integrate the mix well and spoon a little mix lengthwise on each wrap, then roll. Seal your ends with a bit of water.
I fried mine in avocado oil, completely cooking on both sides.
Rest on paper towels as soon as completed, enable to cool a little prior to serving with your preferred dip.
The kids and Mike definitely LOVED these! Ryder even requested them the next day. We will certainly be doing them once again!
