Ingredients.
Hamburger Layer:.
• 1 pound hamburger.
• 2 portions Keto Chow Spicy Taco Base.
• 1/3 cup water.
Cream Cheese & Sour Cream Layer:.
• 1 cup sour cream.
• 8 ounces cream cheese.
• 1 serving Keto Chow Spicy Taco Base.
• 2 cups sugar-free salsa.
• 2 cups shredded lettuce.
• 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese.
• 2 tablespoons sliced black olives.
• 1 cup sliced tomatoes.
Technique:.
• Brown hamburger in a big frying pan on medium-high heat. Include water and Keto Chow. Stir well. Lower heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes up until water vaporizes.
• While cooking, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Keto Chow in a medium bowl up until integrated.
• Add hamburger layer to the bottom of a big glass bowl or casserole meal. Flatten a little.
• Scoop cream cheese & sour cream layer on top. Spread carefully with spatula.
• Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, and tomatoes.
