Chicken breast – 4 (cleaned up, skinless and boneless).
All Purpose flour – 5-10 oz.
Wild rice – 12 oz (Precooked).
Cilantro – 1 lot.
Garlic clove (sliced) – 2.
Lemon juice.
Olive oil – 2 oz.
garlic salt/pepper.

Salmon (skin on).
Chicken (skinless, boneless).
Andouille Sausage (Chicken or Turkey).

Vidalia Onion or Sweet Yellow Onion.
Garlic – 1 head.
Lemons – 4 to 6.
Black Eyed Peas – 30oz.
