This is my method to make a truly genuine Pizza. It is yummy and crispy and has excellent macros for a Pizza.
Active ingredients Dough:
– 100g Flour
– 70g Water
– 2g dry yeast
– 2g salt
Toppings:
– canned sliced tomatoes
– spices of you option (I utilize salt, pepper, garlic, oregano).
– 60g low fat mozzarella.
– 60g low fat ham.
