Flax seeds/ Alsi अलसी Recipe, Recipe for Weight Loss, Flax seeds dish, Healthy and delicious food for much healthier heart, Uttapam, Alsi Sooji Uttapam

Active ingredients Required:
Sooji – 1/2 cup
Flax seed flour – 1/2 cup
Besan( Bengal gram flour) – 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Sodium bicarbonate – 1/8 tsp
Oil – 1/4 tsp( for greasing and cooking).
Salt – To taste.
Water – 2 cups.
Sliced tomatoes and onion for topping.

Step By Step Recipe For Uttapam:.

In a bowl, integrate semolina, flax seed flour, besan and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Include another 1 cup water, salt and blend well. Include baking soda and lemon juice, mix gently.

Grease multi prepare tawa with oil, put a ladleful batter on the tawa and spread in circular movement to make uttapam of preferred density. Include topping of option like sliced tomatoes and onion.

Preheat microwave at 210 ° C. When pre-heating is done, keep tawa on high rack and bake for 5 minutes at 210 ° C.
