Active ingredients
Carrot – 2
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Curry leaves
Mustard seed – 1/4 tsp
Urad dal – 1/4tsp
Channa dal – 1 tablespoon
Grated Coconut – 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon

1. Heat oil in a pan and include mustard seed, urad dal and channa dal
2. Include sliced onion and saute
3. Include salt, divided green chilli and curry leaves and saute till onion turns transparent
4. Include grated carrot and saute
5. Close and prepare for about 4 minutes
6. Include grated coconut and switch off the range
7. Easy to prepare carrot porial is prepared
