New 4 INGREDIENTS Buckwheat Bread !!
Like the previous one, this buckwheat bread needs just 4 INGREDIENTS: RAW buckwheat groats, applesauce (or apple), baking powder, and salt!
This time it takes less than 1 hour! (EXCEPT SOAKING TIME).
The only things you require to do is drain pipes the raw and soak buckwheat groats, mix them with applesauce (or apple), and include salt, and baking powder– about 10 minutes.
You can include anything you desire– like nuts or/and seeds and so on.
Whatever else is simply soaking the raw buckwheat groats:-RRB-.
This buckwheat bread is FREE FROM GLUTEN, EGG, DAIRY, and YEAST! NO-KNEAD too.
It is simple to make, and incredibly scrumptious.
Toast it and delight in (or with vegan cream cheese)!
We made it with an apple and both applesauce.
With applesauce; a lighter texture.
With an apple; a bit denser.
Both taste remarkable!
A food or a mixer processor, either works well.
COMPONENTS (15cm x 9cm loaf).
* 1cup= 240ml, 1Tbsp= 15ml.
* No Substitution Suggestions Unless Specified.
• 2 cups (appx. 360g) raw buckwheat groats.
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 1 medium apple, cored, peeled, and diced).
• 1 Tbsp baking powder.
• 1 tsp sea salt.
If required), • (1-2 Tbsp water.
For a Standard loaf pan, double the batch!
1: Soak the RAW buckwheat groats in water for 2-3 hours. (Make it simple for mixing).
2: Drain and wash the buckwheat groats. Include them with applesauce (or apple) into a food or a mixer processor, and mix well. Include 1-2 Tbsp water if your dough is too thick.
3: Add baking powder and salt and mix for a couple of seconds till well included.
Transfer to a loaf pan. Bake at 200 ˚C/ 390 ˚F for 30-40 minutes (for basic loaf pan 60-70 minutes), till a toothpick comes out tidy.
4: Let cool in the pan.
Slice, TOAST (golden crispy edge), and delight in!
